My garage has been opening randomly since we purchased our new home, I called Aladdin on Saturday at 815am and was amazed to speak to a live person not a dispatcher. They were able to schedule the visit for the same day btw 9am-11am. The tech arrived by 10am and resolved the issue..thanks for the prompt service.
