Job was done in less than an hour and was half the price I was quoted by B&W Garage doors who charged me $57 to just come and look at the broken spring and say the spring is broken… Will use Aladdin again and refer to all!

Very pleased with everything! Called on a Friday afternoon about a broken spring for our 2-car door. Mahdi was here by 9am on Sat morning. Very quick service! Replaced the one large spring with 2 springs instead. That way one can act as a emergency backup , which I was very happy about! Mahdi explained some other options for a few upgrades that were available ( with no pressure at all ) Ended up upgrading the cables to stainless steel ( Old ones were pretty rusty) so now I don’t have to worry about them breaking. The cost for everything was very reasonable and everything turned out great! I’m very glad I called Aladdin Doors and would definitely recommend them !

I didn’t have keys to get in the front door so i drove to my husbands job and got the key to open the front door. If you need anything done with your garage door, repair, replacement, opener, then this is the company for you. My door was replaced a few years ago by another company. I was having trouble and the door was not opening all the way. Sadly the prior company did not install the door correctly. Aladdin came over, figured out what the issue was, give me a quote and an explanation of what needed to be done and why. They gave me a couple of options, then we scheduled an appointment, they showed up when they said and the final cost came in lower than the quote.

Our garage door suffered a major malfunction when one cable broke free and made the 16 foot heavy solid wood door shift to one side, destroying the track, rollers, and several brackets. The service was done professionally and quickly. My only issue is the price charged for parts was absurd. $70 for a set of brackets that can be bought online for $7 (exact same brand and gauge) or at Home Depot for $10 (different brand, potentially softer galvanized steel). I questioned Mahdi on it and was given the “these are much better quality” run around. Sorry, that’s BS. However, since he was out to do the job within 1 hour from the time I called, and my other choice wasn’t available for 2 days, I let it go. I was also charged $70 for the cables (which is what broke). Again available for under $10 everywhere. He throws in the 4 warranty for that, but claiming this as parts cost is simply dishonest.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Taylor popped by to take a look on his way home. Looked at the problem and then agreed to come back the next day between 1:00 and 3:00. He arrived at 1:15.. He found several issue that should have been done when the door was installed. After adjustments, new parts and several hours of work the door is quiet, smooth and working great.
