Kris was dependable and friendly. He called the morning of the installation letting me know the approximate time of arrival, which I value when it comes to having work done on the house. He made sure everything works as it should by showing me inside and out of the door. I appreciate his opinion on the insulation grades. He answered and the questions I had. All in all, I’m happy with the way things were handled throughout the process. His colleague, Dan was very detail oriented as well. Giving us the estimate was smooth and clear, and the door was installed the following week that we chose the color and style of it.
