Orlando arrived early, so we didn’t have to wait. He was very efficient and friendly and replaced both of our springs in a short amount of time. We then tested the door a number of times to make sure that it worked correctly. He cleaned up everything and left in a short amount of time. He was extremely positive and left us with a good feeling about Aladdin’s service.
