I was told that someone name Kris will arrive between 10:00am – noon. He arrived exactly at 10:00am . Kris was very nice, kind, and professional. He knew exactly what’s wrong and he explained everything thorough and said he would replaced both springs and will be done at approx. 30 minutes to complete the job. He cleaned up when he was done and explained the warranty and even took the time to greased all the rollers, including the opener motor. I will highly recommend using them again in the near future.
