Called Aladdin because my garage door opener stopped working. Technician Bruce Bohren arrived next day at the appointed time, looked at the door and opener, determined the opener itself was fine, and ended up replacing only the spring and rollers and making adjustments. Worked fine when he left, and for less than the price of a new opener. Never happy to spend money on repairs, but he was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, so very satisfied with his work.
