Mahdy is an excellent technician. He phoned ahead, arrived when he said he would, analyzed the problem quickly and accurately and did a complete and thorough repair. Very pleasant and very professional. The cost was very fair, especially considering the outstanding same day service. When we purchase a new garage door I will call Aladdin and request Mahdy.
