The service was done professionally and quickly. My only issue is the price charged for parts was absurd. $70 for a set of brackets that can be bought online for $7 (exact same brand and gauge) or at Home Depot for $10 (different brand, potentially softer galvanized steel). I questioned Mahdi on it and was given the “these are much better quality” run around. Sorry, that’s BS. However, since he was out to do the job within 1 hour from the time I called, and my other choice wasn’t available for 2 days, I let it go. I was also charged $70 for the cables (which is what broke). Again available for under $10 everywhere. He throws in the 4 warranty for that, but claiming this as parts cost is simply dishonest.
