Saturday I heard the dreaded “snap”, my spring broke 10 min before opening my incredibly busy business, where we are in & out of our door 100x day so NOT having an operational door is a big problem. Jose’ Ascencio was there within the 2 hour time quoted over the phone, did a speedy efficient, courteous install of our high cycle springs. Owning a small business I know guys like Jose don’t grow on trees, & he represented Aladdin in the best possible way & is worth his weight in gold in a world where bad service is the norm.
