These guys are great. You couldn’t ask for better service. We’d highly recommend them to anyone anytime. Here’s why… Friday, December 18, we woke up to find that we were ‘trapped’ in our garage because the overhead garage door spring had broken. The double door is made of wood and very heavy so we couldn’t even lift it manually which was bad news since we were hoping to make an early start up to DC to visit our son and his family for an early Christmas. We searched online (‘Googled’) to find someone who could fix this kind of thing quickly. We called Aladdin Doors of Raleigh because their ad said they specialized in this sort of thing. Tim and Alvin were already on their way to another job but because we needed help in a hurry, they stopped by our place within 30 minutes from the time I called and had it fixed in less than an hour! They had the parts they needed on hand and worked quickly to get the door working again. They also made a few other quick tweaks that the door needed, all at a very reasonable price for both parts and labor.
