Aladdin Doors has been my choice for garage door repairs for more than ten years. Their service is always beyond excellent. Here’s why. When my garage door wouldn’t close I called Aladdin Doors. They scheduled me for the following day and arrived on time, as always. My tech Moses recommended replacing the opener. He looked up my history and said it was under warranty. We called the manufacturer (LiftMaster) together and arranged to have them ship the part direct to me. As soon as the part arrived, I called that morning and Moses came out the same day. In fact they said they’d be here between 8-10 and came early at 7:55 am! Wow! Moses brought a second technician (Dan) and as they started to replace the part that LiftMaster sent, they discovered they sent the wrong part. Frustrating! Well, Moses apologized and said that he was going to replace the unit instead of re-ordering the part and waiting for it to arrive. They also adjusted and tightened my springs and checked the entire door to make sure everything was working good. Thanks to Aladdin Doors, specifically Moses and Dan, for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond my expectations to correct the situation.
