It was 8pm when my garage door spring broke. I called Aladdin Doors. Al came out the next day and arrived two hours early – great! He not only replaced the spring, he offered to install the new garage door opener that my friend tried to put in but wasn’t able to finish. After looking at the opener, Al said it wouldn’t work because it wasn’t right for the size of my garage. He took it down, boxed it up and showed me an opener that would work better. The next day Moises and Carlos came out and installed the new opener. They called me 20 minutes before they were going to arrive so I could leave work and not have to sit home waiting for them. Not only did I get the right opener installed fast, they added a keyless entry since it didn’t come with the opener. They were friendly and quick – I couldn’t be happier with my Aladdin Door experience. I would recommend them to everyone!
