When my door opener quit 2:00 on a Friday afternoon, I called Aladdin Doors. They told me Juan would be out around 3-5pm. I was shocked to hear that they meant ‘today at 3-5pm’! Juan found the problem and fixed it temporarily. He came back the next day with a new opener. He thought it would take just over an hour to install it but actually did it in 50 minutes! Juan is one of the best contractors I’ve worked with over the years. I will definitely use Aladdin Doors of DuPage County the next time I need repairs.
