We have a very heavy wood garage door that just wouldn’t close so we called Aladdin Doors hoping they could fix it fast. I didn’t want to wait long because the garage is connected to our home. The tech called us to let me know what time he’d arrive and recommended a better, strong opener because of the weight of the door. If I forget to close the door for some reason, it now will close after a few minutes on its own! I also bought an outside keypad. Aladdin doors was professional and polite and I would definitely recommend you call them.
