Very pleased with everything! Called on a Friday afternoon about a broken spring for our 2-car door. Mahdi was here by 9am on Sat morning. Very quick service! Replaced the one large spring with 2 springs instead. That way one can act as a emergency backup , which I was very happy about! Mahdi explained some other options for a few upgrades that were available ( with no pressure at all ) Ended up upgrading the cables to stainless steel ( Old ones were pretty rusty) so now I don’t have to worry about them breaking. The cost for everything was very reasonable and everything turned out great! I’m very glad I called Aladdin Doors and would definitely recommend them !

Our garage door suffered a major malfunction when one cable broke free and made the 16 foot heavy solid wood door shift to one side, destroying the track, rollers, and several brackets. We needed to replace all these parts! Shawne worked for over 4 hours on the door, and now it works perfectly! And the new plastic rollers as SO QUIET. We are very pleased with the outcome. Shawne is top notch, and the price was very reasonable for the time and work done to fix the door. We would definitely use Aladdin again. They are highly recommended!

The service was done professionally and quickly. My only issue is the price charged for parts was absurd. $70 for a set of brackets that can be bought online for $7 (exact same brand and gauge) or at Home Depot for $10 (different brand, potentially softer galvanized steel). I questioned Mahdi on it and was given the “these are much better quality” run around. Sorry, that’s BS. However, since he was out to do the job within 1 hour from the time I called, and my other choice wasn’t available for 2 days, I let it go. I was also charged $70 for the cables (which is what broke). Again available for under $10 everywhere. He throws in the 4 warranty for that, but claiming this as parts cost is simply dishonest.

Mahdi is awesome. He was able to come out within an hour to fix our broken garage door spring. With the spring broken, our cars were trapped inside the garage. He was quick to respond and helpful with questions. He warned us not to overload the garage door opener when trying to open the garage door with the broken spring. He was also helpful when discussing options. A friend had told me about high cycle garage springs. Mahdi had them in his truck and installed them at a small upcharge. They come with a lifetime warranty vs standard springs that only last 4 – 5 years. Thank you Mahdi for being fast to respond with help today. We will be sure to recommend your service to friends.

They showed up soon after I called, and completed the work in less than 40 minutes. Would’ve been a five star but I was under the impression the broken spring and frayed wire would be the only repairs. He proceeded to repair all three of the doors springs and both cables. I understand that is probably recommended as they wear evenly, but a heads up or an option to decline the additional work would’ve been appreciated. Otherwise they’ll take care of your garage door in short order.

I can’t say enough great things about Madhi from Aladdin Doors. Of course on one of the coldest days of the year our garage door stopped working. We called Aladdin Doors at 10am and Madhi arrived at 11. What service! He examined our 20 year old opener and said it was time to replace it. He gave us all the options and we approved the work. While he was installing it, he found a few small parts that needed replacement and took care of those as well. In just a few hours we have a completely brand new system that should last a real long time. His great response time and customer service made it a wonderful experience for us and we would definitely recommend them.

When our garage door spring broke last year and we called Aladdin Doors who repaired right away it at a price far less than we imagined, we called them again since our opener just stopped working. Our tech Dan did everything he could to get it up and running again but had no success. He suggested several new opener options again at a great price. Dan was not only friendly and professional, he even let our toddler “help him” or make him think that he was helping Dan. He was very patient and terrific with our son! Dan did the job within a few hours. Aladdin proved to be an honest sales and service garage door company and we’ll definitely call them again should we have any more repair needs.
