When we arrive
Our visit will be limited to your garage only. All technicians will wear gloves. You may greet our technician personally or leave your garage door open if you prefer no contact. We will maintain a 6 ft. distance.
The service call
All service calls will receive a complimentary safety inspection and tune up on your garage door an opener. Once we assess the situation, we will give you an estimate on repairs. We can talk to you through your door or call you inside your home. When approval is authorized, we will begin work.
Once service is complete, keypads, wall units, remote controls, the emergency release handle, doorknobs, light switches and any other equipment you may handle will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes or spray.
Your payment
Payments can be processed over the phone or received via check, cash or credit card left in the garage.
A receipt will be emailed for your safety and easy record keeping.
