We had a broken extension spring and made an appointment for replacement. Tim came out when expected, called me when he was on his way, took a look at the springs and recommended that we switch to a torsion spring system for a nominal additional charge. He had to go back to his shop to get some parts, but was back without 30 minutes and completed the job quickly. His customer service was just excellent, the price was very reasonable, and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. The door opens more smoothly and, more importantly, we’re safer with the new spring, which can’t fly off into the garage and possibly injure one of us if it breaks. Thanks, Tim!
