The technician was friendly and extremely informative. He explained in detail the nature of the repairs needed and gave me cost effective analysis of what should be done. He quoted me several different prices and the final decision was left up to me as to how to proceed with the repairs. I thought the final price was extremely reasonable. He came a day early and had all the necessary parts on his truck to fix the problem. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
