I selected Aladdin to perform a garage door repair today because my son had a very favorable experience when they recently installed a new garage door at his house. The Aladdin technician, Kris M., arrived at my house just half an hour after I called the office to request service (replacement of a broken spring). It was an oppressively hot and humid summer day to be working outdoors, but he displayed a positive, upbeat attitude despite the terrible heat. Equally important, he was a total professional. He worked quickly and efficiently and it was obvious that he has a great deal of experience and knows what he is doing. This guy is a real asset to Aladdin. He understands customer service. I have two garage doors and the spring had broken on only one of them, but as a precaution I decided to have new springs installed on both doors. Kris had this accomplished in under an hour. Then he checked the operation of both doors, made a few adjustments, and lubricated the rollers on both doors before he departed. The cost for all of this was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Aladdin again to assist with garage door issues, and I highly recommend them to others in need of such services.
