I contacted Aladdin about an issue I was having with my garage door opener. Within 2 hours the technician was at my door. I received a text when he was on his way with a photo so I could easily identify him – this was so appreciated. Kyle quickly identified the problem, efficiently corrected it, and the charge was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Aladdin again!
